Me thinks it would be just the thing your "wonderful one", would enjoy. Take the weight off her poor spine.
I wish it was like that here, freezing, and we will be here to get it all while all our friends are heading North. Oh well, pull out the winter woolies and shiver.
You think you are astonished by the weather? It has been un-seasonably sunny and warm up here! This is not par-for-the-course Pacific Northwest May-June weather! There has actually been enough sun these past couple of months that I have a bit of a tan. Me! That never happens!
We only have another week or so before the days gradually start to lengthen again. But thanks to the thermal capacity of water I guess we still have the worst of winter to come.
But you couldn't call Tassie winters really bad on a global scale.
This intermittent blog follows my beloved and I as we navigate life in Texas without water views or looming mountains, crossing the 30 year line and moving into something resembling adulthood and being thousands of miles away from most of our friends and family. It is a fun road really! We are a two mum family with the recent addition of our Marty Roo (formerly baby Tuesday).
I love cooking and far too much of this blog is about food, traveling and eating. For me, cooking for people is how I tell them I love them.
I'm also a computer game geek. I cut my teeth on World of Warcraft, took a stab at Lord of the Rings Online, spent time beta-testing Warhammer Online, went back to Warcrack for the expansion but now that time is more precious I'm back in LOTRO just enjoying Middle Earth.

Much love,

Why not summer on 1 June?? (June-July-August).

Big A - America, the God fearing country that it is, uses Pagan seasons so Summer begins on solstice. Go figure...
