Sigh . . it's my computer ok? And Purry would be reading the Guardian (literature section), he's keeping up to date on the controversy surrounding the Man Booker long list, if you really want to know!
This intermittent blog follows my beloved and I as we navigate life. We finished our PhDs in Tasmania, spent four years living in San Antonio (Texas) and have recently returned to our island home. We are a two mum family with the somewhat recent addition of Marty Roo (formerly baby Tuesday).
I love cooking and far too much of this blog is about food, traveling and eating. For me, cooking for people is how I tell them I love them.
I am a statistical geneticist and a computer game geek. World of Warcraft, Warhammer, Lord of the Rings Online.. you name it I've probably played it. I'm taking a break at the moment due to lack of time and internets.
Right now we're working on settling back in to Tassie, holding on to memories and friends in Texas and getting into the rhythm of life as a 'family'. It is a fun ride and y'all are welcome to join us!

Maybe Purry doesn't like sharing you with others, like Roo and Skype family, and the apple is the safer option to sit on in protest! hehe
He likes to tickle his fancy and view the world from his point:-) Just love the pic. Thanks for making us smile, yet again.
Oh my, what a guy! Marty Roo is growing up way too fast. We sure miss him and you Mom's. Love, Cylia & John
PS Happy BD to you too, Jac.
How "cokittish" of Purry.
Love me, love my apple!

You mean he likes them so much he can't get close enough????
So simple, even a cat can use it.
What's he reading?

Well then.....Looks like he is reading the sealed section!
I think cats are scary...they know more than they let on, that`s for sure...
